Aside from his role as co-owner of Innovative Test Solutions (ITS) alongside colleague and ITS CEO Scott Briody, Lou Fiorini also serves as the Director of Operations, overseeing the design and development of all engineering testing performed at the facility.
Having accrued 25 years of experience in the field, Lou is a veteran mechanical engineer. Prior to co-founding ITS, he supported laboratories as a component development engineer and materials tester.
Whether he is in the ITS lab streamlining testing protocols for his team or restoring his 1972 Camaro in his garage, Lou naturally gravitates towards solving problems, no matter how simple or complex.
In his free time, Lou can be found spending time with his family and friends, listening to classic rock, or cheering on the Giants.
