Innovative Test Solutions, Inc. (ITS) has implemented the use of the SIRIUS DAQ from Dewesoft to conduct axial alignment verifications for our MTS fatigue test frames. The state-of-the-art data acquisition system was specially designed to generate real time calculations used to analyze specimen bending contributed by the test frame. This process is delicate and critically important as it demonstrates per ASTM standards that our lab is able to perform fatigue testing below the required bending values.
